I know, it's kind of a "kids' thing" and this is a more mature community, but as an orgasm control entusiast, I'm wondering if anyone else here participates.

If you do, what is the approach? Refrain from stimulating altogether, or making it extra difficult and keep visiting the same old tickling content?
 
Considering I just had hernia surgery I don't really think I have a CHOICE in the matter (at least until I heal from the surgery).
