I'm not sure about you guys but there is nothing adult about this fetish.

Everyone acts like tickling has nothing to do with sexuality or what not but you'd have to be lying to yourself otherwise.

Not sure why you guys even need that adult warning for the website when we will barely acknowledge it outside.

Anyway, what's your take on the whole "We're a niche fetish" dogma?

There are adult aspects of this fetish. For some, it is controllable and can just be an act of fun, the sexual aspects only showing when partaking with a partner. However, for some (myself included), it is always a sexual act. It is very hard to justify removing the adult tag and then showing things that can be adult content to some/most while not being adult to others. You could argue the lack of need if the site contained more than just content involving something recognized as a fetish and often used as a source of sexual release, but the site caters specifically to that, with the exception of the non-tickle gallery and videos that involve other sexual fetishes.

In the end, even if the argument were more valid, it's good to take the "Better safe than sorry" approach to avoid the suits.

It is certainly an adult site, because tickling is very seldom without another fetish.

Hmmmm....I'd have to disagree. I think a lot of people take this fetish pretty seriously...enough that psychologists have the following scientific terms for us:

Knismolagnia - sexual arousal caused by light tickling - often includes bondage

Pteronphilia - sexual arousal caused by being tickled by feathers - often includes bondage
