Non Ticklish Ticklers...

Are non ticklish ticklers more ruthless and merciless knowing that they cannot be tickled back then are ticklish ticklers(who hate to be tickled) who know there is a chance they might be?

I would say if you are not very sensitive to our passion then chances are you can't relate to what it feels like so therefore it would make you less evil or ruthless,those who are however are more ruthless because, lets face it, there is that fine line between love and hate.

Soooooooo, what you are saying is that only someone who is ticklish themselves can be a ruthless merciless tickler cause they know the feeling first "hand"?!
Hmmmmmmm, not sure if that is as accurate as you think.

to be a truely effective tickler, you have to be ticklish yourself.
can a person who is not ticklish tickle? yes. but it is not the same as a person who is ticklish themself.

Ticklish ticklers are better in my limited experience. Non ticklish ticklers are more likely to poke and prod with too much pressure so that it hurts rather than tickles, etc.

Well, to answer the thread question directly, I think it's all about the experience and attentiveness of the tickler.

Even ticklish ticklers may not be ticklish everywhere they decide to tickle the ticklee...or respond to the same types of touches everywhere. In fact, odds are they don't. That's where the attentiveness comes in.

The fact is, even if someone's not ticklish they feel <i>something</i> when tickled. They just may not feel compelled to laugh or pull away when they feel it. If a person felt nothing at all, then I honestly doubt they'd know how to touch another person in any meaningful way.
