Now It Says I Need Adobe Flash Player Upgrade!

I've upgraded my browser, and the Mozilla Firefox that HDS recommended seems to be working fine. However, I just tried to enter the webcam chat as an experiment, and got a message saying : "If you see this message, you need to upgrade your flash player". I probably have the same one as was installed in this computer when I got it in 2002. My question is: How do I upgrade, and, does it mean I can't enter the webcam chat if I don't upgrade? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

You probably need, as it says, to install Flash Player. A new browser often needs this. Head to Adobe's website and follow the instructions there. Let me know if anything is confusing about that process.
