Nylon Feet (x1)

This is really weird: sometimes it's letting me do it and sometimes it won't. Could someone explain this to me a little better. I'm technologically inept. Enjoy the argyle nylons! 🙂
 
The problem is this: once I click on "add a file," that file won't appear on the screen. I left the room once for 20 min and it still wasn't there; however, when I opened it up the last time, this argyle one was on there. I don't get it. Does the fact that I'm on-line via a 56K modem have anything to do with it?
