Hello again everyone, I would like to share with you what i think is my best piece to date.
I experimented a lot when making this piece. Usually when i make a piece, i sketch it on photoshop, trace the lines in flash, fill it with color, then shade it in photoshop. This time, after i traced the lines with flash and added color i put the psd in painter X and shaded the layers with my tablet and more 'painter-like' brushes, then i put it back into photoshop to get the final tones to the shadows.
The piece was originall done for a contest ran by a friend of mine, I put absolutely everything i had into making the piece, incorporating techniques i picked up during that semester of art classes, like depth of field from photography and emphasis on the anatomy and planar analysis with the slightly exaggerated muscles.
The bound girl is my character Euphoria, a more involved description is on the actual piece.
In total the piece took about 12 hours of work over a week, and i couldn't be happier with the outcome 🙂
enjoy!
