ooo pardon me..i'm going to vent..i'm have three upsetting days in a row..i just got back from walking, which helped significantly..however i have never wanted a ciggy sooo badly...i'm using every bit of will power i possess not to get in my little mazda miata..which btw is soooo choice...ops i digress...and drive to the nearest store and get some salem slim lights..my choice of disease thanks..and chantix has been pulled since it causes uh thoughts of suicide..hmm i never had that trouble..

anyway..that's why i've been posting like crazy..the best distraction from wanting a smoke i know..i was and have been so upset these last days i couldn't even read...

and i have disowned my sister..that is another story however..

Well, if you do break and get some smokes, try this. Get a pack of camel studs. Then get whatever brand, menthol ultra lights. Then if you do smoke, switch between the two packs. If that wouldn't help you stay quit I don't know what will.

I grew up with all the anti-smoking propaganda on TV and in other media, so I never developed that particular bad habit. There are other bad habits which are a lot more fun!

And having jonesed for things like chocolate, ice cream, etc., etc., I think I can relate to feeling like you could kill for a cig.

I will never forget the time I had a sleepover in 9th grade at my friend's house with another mutual friend...and the gal who's house we stayed at, her mom had a fire-engine red miata...and had to drive us home...so her daughter sat in the passenger seat, and my other buddy and I sat on the back hood, with our feet tucked behind the seats, and holding onto the seats for dear life...

It was SO MUCH FUN!!! Plus, I got dropped off last, as I was the furthest away...and got driven through my town on the back of a miata...I looked like a pageant queen or something...my neighbors had a fit about the lack of safety...but I was totally fine with all of it...and my friend's mom became the coolest mom ever!!!

I LOVE Miatas...I want a green one...mmm...delicious...it's not a realistic car for me to own, as I plan on having dogs my whole life...and possibly a kid or three...but maybe someday, I can have one (by that time they will run on urine and emit oxygen as the waste product or something) and it can be my car that is JUST for me to drive around and show off my beautiful wife...😉

Instead of having a cig yesterday, I smoked something else...and took a nap...it was quite relaxing...😀

I am brand new here but just look at it this way. All the tickling sessions you will have with your husband will more than take up the slack. Maybe the one vice will take up the slack for the other; good luck
