Oddest... Request... Ever.

I'm sure many of you in this wonderful community will surely tilt your heads in a confused manner, much like a dog hearing an odd noise he's never heard before. Others will shake their heads with furrowed brow whilst clicking their tounges, wondering "what's to be done with this "Soleticker21?" But hey, that's all speculation.
What I'm about to request I can wager has never been requested before, and I'd also wager that none such content exists... but I've been wrong in the past; maybe somewhere off in the far corner of the Mulitmedia Section there's someone with what I seek.
I can sum it up in two words, please bear with me as this is an awkward thing to say for me (I don't know why, it just is), Midget Tickling. Does it exist? Has anyone, anywhere, at any time witnessed, in any kind of media format, a midget being tickled? Honestly, now. Think about it... chew on it for a while, it's delicious.
With that said, I await your replies with baited breath. I want to know what everyone thinks, positive and negative. I thank you.
