I remember being a kid and watching "The Super Friends". It was my favorite cartoon.

Of course, everyone liked Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman....did I?

No, I had to be different, and like The Wonder Twins.

Anyway, in 2007 it was the 30th anniversary of the debut of "The All New Super Friends Hour" and the series was released on DVD.

As a result, a lot of Super Friends merchandise is being released. A lot of it reminds me of what I saw as a kid, but of course, stuff with The Wonder Twins was never released.....because they weren't popular.

I just found out these are being released this summer.....

Isn't it great when something that was great but which wasn't necessarily "mainstream" gets re-released? I felt that way when all of Frank Zappa's 60's, 70's and 80's albums got re-released on CD a good while back.
