I saw this movie in the theater in middle school and always thought she was damn hot as well. I watched that part of the clip about a dozen times and it does seem that the dude is poking her ribs with his left hand. I can't imagine what else would have made her giggle like that.

It was a real hard read, but after watching it 9x... I can conclude that he poked her at least twice with this left hand and his right arm more than likely added to it from the small amount of pressure that was applied while it rested in the middle of her midsection.
