Pause. Writing.

"Stove fan?"

"Uh...yeah, you know, that little fan above the stove."

"The exhaust?"

"Yeah, uhhh...yeah, the exhaust."

Pause. Writing.

"Squeaking?"

"Yeah, you know...squeaking."

Pause. Writing.

"Well, we can't come up t'day."

...and so forth.

You guys should have found landlords like those I've had. If something was broken or in need of updating, I took care of it and just deducted it from my rent. Each was great.

Don't have to worry about landlords when you live in a house, but you have to fix things yourself! There's a downside to everything. 😀

I wouldn't consider that a downside...other than eating the cost. I love to fix things up and redecorate. (I'm sitting here right now thinking of what project I can get myself into...maybe just rearranging the furniture today?) Got any goodies to do around the houre, just give a yell! 😉
