My esteemed colleague, RChello, was likely suspicious, 'cause sometimes folks will bluff in a similar manner. Not everyone is clued that there are women who DON'T want contact from other women. It also foils a popular male fantasy, here, concerning women tickling other women. 😉
RChello's cool, though. Just cautious and forgettin' that some women are very selective about who tickles 'em. I'm sure he means ya no harm. There's many men in Ohio, so SOMEONE will be brave enough to pay touch, eventually.
