Thats not a trick picture. I watched that on TV when it happened. I believe that actually is Jimmy Fallon ducked down behind Sandra Bullock on one of the awards shows (maybe MTV). I can't remember the premise, but he was moving his arms about (as if it were Sandras arms) as she was speaking. At one point he reached up and grabbed her boobs. She immediately knocked them away and honestly she looked a bit miffed for a second. But then she went on and finished her lines. Unfortunately there was no tickling, He just simply grabbed her boobs.

he did that to Tina Fey once too, during their Grease-spoof skit at the end of his last season, just suddenly touched her boob, then acted like it was an accident.

Not that I don't want to grope Tina Fey myself, but maybe he has a problem.
