You know, every once in awhile, getting baked and mindlessly surfing YouTube pays off with something useful. This video is the most insane thing I've ever seen.

It's a video of a girl playing the classic and complicated Rush instrumental "YYZ".

Ok, BFD, right?

Well....

*She plays all of the parts

*Simultaneously

*With both a couple of synths

*AND a double-set of foot pedals

*doing the syncopated bassline with her FEET

*along with switching hands and feet between guitar, bass, synth and drum sounds

*with a rhythm track she programmed and arranged

*And she's FUCKING 11!

I've played bass on this song. I am an extremely experienced bassist, and I can personally attest to how complicated this song is to perform for a seasoned group of talented musicians. This kid is 11 and does it alone.
