Ross landed in OKC after his flight from JFK , being met by Fritz at the airport.
"Steve will join us with Dick and Harvey at the office tomorrow. I have what I believe what is wonderful news. Steve and Harvey said that their crews were able to get up to the spots in Alaska where the gas strike sits. The crews and evaluators went through everything. There is five hundred million dollars in natural gas, and just a bit of oil up there. Not as huge as the "Mega Mega Strike" but a very massive strike, nonetheless. Now, we have to talk Steve, you and I amongst ourselves, and with Harvey and Dick about just how to approach this sell off. I would like to try to do it five selloffs of one hundred million each so that the selloffs do not take as long as the other huge strike, but we will have to get the numbers, talk amongst ourselves, find investors, and then move forward., " Fritz said.
"Fritz, I will not be greedy, buddy. This is excellent. Let's go find a steakhouse, and stuff our faces" Ross said.
Ross and Fritz went to a Texas Steakhouse, and ordered big juicy 12 ounce steaks, salads and potatoes. After dinner, Frftz dropped Ross off at his hotel.
"Meeting with all three of us, Dick and Harvey at 10 am tomorrow at the office. I think it will be very productive" Fritz said.
"I'm sure it will. Good night, my friend" Ross said, as he went into the hotel, checked in, went up to his suite, and called Kayley.
"So how is Oklahoma?" Kayley said.
"We think pretty good. Fritz told me that the crews believe that there is about five hundred million worth of natural gas in that strike. Not as much as the mega massive one, but very good. Steve , Fritz and I are going to meet with those guys Dick and Harvey tomorrow to figure out all the details, and how to sell it" Ross said.
"Sounds fantastic. Good Luck" Kayley said.

Ross slept that night, got up the next morning, ate breakfast, went to the office to meet, Fritz, Steve, Dick and Harvey, and the five men started discussing the strike.
"I think we should keep this simple.; We go back to our existing list of investors, and get as many people as we can from those, or recommendations of other people from that list. There is no telling how much time it will take to sell off half a billion dollars in gas" Ross said.
"Patience, Dear Ross , Just like last time, let's think it will work out just fine. My guess, realistically, six months to a year. Until then, you can go back and forth between here and New York, and deal with the other work things on your mind" Fritz said, gently referring to the RossShell prune down.
"Fritz, buddy. Tim is going to help me with that. He has a whole list of people going through the details of my company accounts, and other people he knows just ready to take over and buy whatever the prune down company suggests I sell or what I want to sell. Considering the whole process, I'm figuring that will take up to a year as well. Gradually, slowly, and carefully" Ross said.
"Tis, okay, sir. I believe such will be good for you personally, your relationship with Miss Kayley, and our business and personal relationship" Fritz said.
During that week, Ross, Fritz, and Steve began contacting their existing list of investors, and having lunch and dinner meetings as well as conference calls and Zoom meetings with people interested in investing. By Thursday night, anywhere between twenty and twenty five people had committed to investing at least twenty five million, and maybe up to fifty million, in cash capital in the strike., The men agreed that it was a solid, decent start.
When Ross, Fritz and Steve finished the work day on Thursday, Ross was advised to go back to New York the next morning.,
"Ross, we have to be pleased how this has turned out. We will continue proceeding forth with selling this strike, and remember, this is only the strike in Alaska which we are concentrating on first. We also have that strike in Canada to get to,. We are not even going to worry about that until this Alaska strike is completely sold off, however long it takes. Until then, we do not drill even one spot or one field in Canada. It is essential that we do this carefully, and not quickly. Look at how that approach worked for us last time. We sold off one billion dollars or more, and have Royalities and residuals coming in indefinitely on all of that. That plus selling off this strike, and those fees and residuals, and not knowing what Canada will turn out to be. The whole thing both separately, and put together is a Gold Mine" Fritz said.
"Okay, when do you want me back here?" Ross said.
"Well, considering that you do have a wife you want to spend time with for the good of your marriage, and a major company to prune down, let's say three weeks. In the interim, I think it would be a good idea for you to expect to ante up a small amount of capital for a building project which Steve and me want to do, but want to give you twenty five percent of because we love you so much and work with us so well,. Nothing major of course, say a cool five to ten mil" Fritz suggested.
Ross began to laugh. "I love how you say, "Nothing major., five to ten mil. Do you realize how.. jaded we have all become since the billion dollar strike? Before that, we did not have a pot to piss in with this company" Ross said.
"How things change for the better" Fritz said.
"Tell you what. I dont want to mix and match any RossShell business or funds with this. So, either, sell off some more gas spots, and take my fees from those for the building project, or just take it out of the company account that we all have, charge it to me, however you do it, and I will sign and send you a power of attorney and authorization to watch over it. You guys know that all I can do is do the oil and gas one third with and for all three of us, and RossShell. Any building stuff if you want me involved is just a financial investment" Ross said.

Ross, Fritz and Steve shook hands, and Ross went back to his hotel, slept that night, and took a morning flight to JFK the next morning, arriving in the early afternoon, as Ross then went home.
Ross got home first, and Kayley after. "Mmmmmm, hi gas boy. How did the trip go?" Kayley asked.
"Decent. I'm guessing twenty five to fifty mil was sold off. We had a lot of decent conversations and sold off some good spots. Remember, we are only selling off the Alaska strike now. We also own the rights to whatever is in Canada. I clearly told Fritz that I think all the Alaska reserves should be sold off first, before we even drill and or worry about Canada. Keep focus, and not go all over the place" Ross said.

"Teacher, may I get in the shower, and then take you to Chinatown, Flushing for dinner? After all that Texas beef, I am dying for Chinese food?" Ross asked.
