Old cartoon intro i remember but cannot find or identify

i had this memory of an old cartoon intro i once saw as a kid, but can't remember for the life of me what it was called.
One part of it involved a young guy lying on a table wearing only shorts, while a vampire stood over him and ran a feather up and down his body while he laughed hysterically.
Tried looking for clips but cant remember the name of the cartoon.
Can anybody help me?
