I remember this video from a long time ago. In fact, it was one of my first exposures to tickling videos. I guess it has that nostalgia factor for me. Can anyone identify the movie or producer? I can't remember for the life of me.

I think this clip was by Bound Feet. They made some pics, clips and videos back in the day.
