I've been looking for this old clip from 1995 or 96 at least. It has sentimental value because it's the first serious tickling I ever saw on TV. So it was very hot for me. I don't know who the woman was, but it went something like this:
She sits on his lap and tickles her sides and asks her if shes a bad girl. She then says "I should tell you where I'm really ticklish." She eventually tells him that its her KNEES. Then he teases her for "dating a h***"
