I am looking for a story from the old "FEATHERS AND CHAINS " called "HANDCUFF PARTY" where a girl brings a pair of handcuffs to a party as a gift, cuffs the host and then gets herself cuffed and tickled. Please help, if you have it please post it or help me find it. thanks.
