Older guy who tickles guys girlfriends (Clips)

A few years back there was this producer who used to have guys drop off their girlfriends, or have the boyfriends or husbands watch or participate in the tickling. He mainly used stocks and little brushes and long feathers. He once tickled this lady that he met getting a pedicure at the salon. He is about 55 years old with curly gray hair. I am not sure....the name doesn't sound familiar. I think his company was World Wide Tickling.
