Older Story...hope someone else will know...

I can't remember the names of the characters, but here's the basics of the story...This guy drops something behind the steps in his basement. He can't get it, but this girl said she could...She climbs throught the steps, and she gets stuck. He tickles her. For some reason I want to say she was a sorority girl...but maybe not.

Anyone help?
