? on new TK site

I know I should not be posting this here but I posted it in other forums and got no respones. Forgive me but this has to be the best forum to post this question, and get a response. Has anyone heard about ticklefactory.com I found the site by accident. I was wondering if anyone knew when it was going to be up and running. You can see the first page but can't enter yet.

Chances are you received no replies because nobody knows.

I looked at the homepage and then at the privacy policy that is the only other mention of the site on Google. Its good they have a policy on privacy so hey can keep it really private!
