On this day 25 years ago - Hillsborough Tragedy

Just sparing a thought for those families that lost loved ones on that tragic day where 96 football fans suffered a terrible fate.

I am not going to start on the finger pointing and was it down to Sheffield Police or the huge number of fans that "supposedly" turned up without tickets, the issue is that innocent men, women and children were crushed to death because gates were open and fans were directed into part of a ground that was already overcrowded, I just hope that the families with the new inquest get the justice they deserve and can finally get on with their lives.

Well said, I remeber the day well, watching the scenes unfold on Grandstand..

It would be nice if they go and pick up the title, won't bring any one back of course, but put a smile on the face of the community
