I have to thank you all for your emails, and support on the threads.
It was a hard decision, but you know that I don't want to get problems with people because I use their material to share with the community, I'm a peaceful person.

I don't have any bad feelings to any producer or company, the work they do is great and all the tickling videos are great and the material they own is very good, they fulfill our fantasies and I appreciate that, anyone's opinion is valid in the past threads.

TIB, silvercherry, MagicT, TickleTV and every producer are welcome in my heart so if I made Harm or damage any of them, accept my excuses.

To all the community I will try to make amateur videos with some call girls in the future and post them in my page. Maybe I start a career of tickling producer 🙂

If any company or producer wants to announce a link or banner in my page, you're welcome. Because if you can see my page reads "The rocking's tickling links page"

This is getting silly . . .

With all due respect to Rocking, this is getting a little silly. I POSTED in that thread that Rocking is citing as the reason why he refuses to put up more clips, and I've read all the posts there. Rocking, I really think you're being a little oversensitive about all this. The concern that was stated is that there may have been clips on your site that infringed upon the copyrights held by TIB, Silvercherry, and other production companies. Notice, however, that the only people who even remotely criticized you were non-producers. No one questioned the idea that if one of the producers came to you and asked you to remove a clip you would do so immediately. It just seems to me that what you're doing is a bit melodramatic, and all it's doing is fanning the flames started by the misdirection of the original post.

Since Rocking won't respond to my e-mail, I'll post what I said openly: I told him that I, much like everyone else, didn't want him to just shut down and leave, and I offered my support in whatever ways I could to help keep him up and running, be it providing him with clips that I knew for certain were legitimate (because they were previews I've downloaded over time), contacting producers to verify the legality of clips and/or determine what, if any, clips could be shared, etc. Personally, if someone offered that aid to me, I would at least give it a shot. I don't know why Rocking refuses to at least consider the offer, but that's not my business to know.

So, I guess now the offer is open to everyone. I'm a college student, and, frankly, I don't have the money to pay for bandwidth, nor do I have an extensive enough knowledge of HTML, Java, etc. to make a visually appealing and functioning website; besides, I've seen what happens when websites go down, and I'd prefer not to have that ire levied against me personally. I also don't have an enormous amount of clips (probably only 1-2 GB, by my estimation). However, if there is someone out there who wants to do what Rocking did -- that is to say, who will provide a central domain where people can freely download clips from multiple producers -- I would be more than happy to assist you. I can provide clips, and (if taught how to do so in HTML), would even do my best to label them as to sex, location of tickling, length/size of clip, etc. Let's hope someone is willing to step up.

I'm in the same boat as frog617 but if you really believe that this is best for you then so be it. You have every right to leave 'the game' whenever you want, cuz it's been a situation where you've been doing a service for all of us for free.

Promote Foot Paradise

I agree; promote the companies who do not criticize you and find value in giving them free advertising for their site. And reading some of the penny pincher comments, I don't see how Rocking could not have been offended by the remarks of that thread. Don't blame him for leaving; as I mentioned before my business is DONE with some of these companies. I certainly expected some of these comments from the groups who spend endless time emailing forums to delete their clip..ebay...yahoo...yadayada. I'm a bit surprised others chimed in and I still feel for some companies Rocking provided good advertising..and for those that are just too d@m good that they don't feel they need it good riddance.

I think that you all have to adhere to some serious implications here. I myself have benifited off The Rocking and his clips, but in light of the past judgements, whether real or not, he is obligated to proceed with his decisions he and the entire forum have been accsued with of copright infringment. It is a complitated situation, but it is one that must be travelled eventually in the era of internet piracy scandels in which many are sued in their downloads of materials. I thank The Rocking for his donations and wish him much success in the future in whatever he pursues.

Wait a Minute Everybody

Everyone is allowed their opinion, that's what makes this country great. let's not misunderstand what economics are. The Rocking has done more to revitalize this community than anything that i have seen in the last fifteen years. How many of us were concerned when he had his accident and we didn't see a new post for a while? He has provided a service for the producers that they either couldn't or wouldn't provide. I have viewed and acquired more vids as a result of his efforts than at any time in this community's history, and I've have been here from the beginning. This same scanerio is being played out in the music industry and the results are not what we are being told. They have documented that the peer to peers have generated sales as does The Rocking. Is there some lost to the producers? Yes. Is it or should it be included in the price of doing business? Yes.
I remember when the community's producers all started out providing free clips. They said that they were not get as much sales because we were just watching the freebies. Maygbe that had something to do with using credit cards online, I don't know. But their reaction was to stop the freebies, as is their right as business people. Sometimes our decisions are wrong or miscalculated and in business it shows up fast. That's how and why we change marketing strategies. The community is telling us something and we should listen. That's sound business advice. We have grown in the last fifteen years and matured in some ways. LET'S NOT THROW OUT THE BABY WITH THE BATH WATER.

Stay Rock! You are a vital force in our community. Just look at how much energy you generated. We love you man. STAY!

Certainly the Rocking can decide how to proceed; I think many of our comments are meant to show our appreciation for the Rocking and our lack of appreciation for the people who took the opportuntiy to ridicule him and what he contributes.

Is your point that since the Rocking has been criticized by several producers....it is in his best interests to shut down his site..even if he is posting clips that are approved due to past postings ?

I didn't see any threats of lawsuits if he didn't close down his site..but hey...taking it a step further...after seeing some fanatical attitudes against any posting free stuff.. I wouldn't put it by some of these guys.

But with all the praise given to Footparadise.com....Wasn't there like a huge scuffle or something years back about them? I thought Gabrielle did in fact get wicked pissed cause everyone was passing around her clips or something like that?

P.S. not to say that I'm not a footparadise fan, but I don't know why but their whole operation seems a little shady at times. I love how they (well used to) work hard to bring common fantasies to life, but I dunno, they've just always struck me as....shady.

Do you think is time to put a poll?
That way the TMF members can vote and then we look which material is right to post? I don't know, just an idea, I want to come back believe me, but, ISN'T SCARY TO GET SUED BECAUSE OF POSTING COPYRIGHTED CLIPS???

Well...why don't you post clips that are from
companies no longer in business; technically, your
not supposed to post those either. The clips are still
owned by someone, but there isn't really anyone likely
to put up a fuss since the company is out of business.
If they ask you to remove them, then remove them.

As far as clips from companies or websites currently
active...when in doubt...ask. You would be suprised
how receptive people can be when you ask them for
permission. That's not to say there won't be some
companies who will decline, but you can't win them all.

There are plenty of clips out there that you can actually
show with little or no opposition, so there is no reason for
you to give up being an active member of the community.
Simply respect the wishes of those companies that do not
want you to distribute their material.

None of us would want you to get sued. But I think you're over-reacting by closing your site entirely... you just shouldn't post clips which aren't supposed to be freely available. If it's from a current producer that should be quickly verifiable, if it's from a dead company then less so; but in any case I'm sure you're not going to get sued straight off the bat. Just put a big notice at the top of your page explaining that you've done your best to screen out pay clips. Give your e-mail address and I'm sure people will contact you if there's a problem asking you to take the non-public-domain material down. Then we can still enjoy some clips and all will be well with the world 🙂

I don't see one post on the TMF where any of the producers threatened to shut The Rocking down, or even asked him to shut down. All I've ever seen was a producer asking him to remove copyrighted clips that were not public domain. Why the need to shut down the entire site?

I ask this sincerely Rocking, not out of any sarcasm; are you doing this big farewell post as a publicity thing for the new venture?

Legal Action?

Hi,
I am curious if "The Rocking" has been threatened with any kind of legal action for posting clips. To my knowlege, these clips are put out there for promotional purposes, therefore, helping to advertise the total product. There was an article written in the New York Times, last week, stating that "porn" producers actually enjoyed the sharing and downloading of their products, as opposed to their music industry counter-parts, in dealing with the internet. Please let us know if this is the case!!

Featherly has a point. I mean when you take a "copywritten" clip and post it, people download it right? Well how much clip are they getting? I've seen promotional clips only 30seconds long rarly anything over 1min. Well not talking about Dungeon Maidens, but seriously whats a minute going to do to anyone? I think some company's are control freaks, they like the idea of "there clips there rules, and they decide where they go" and someone comes along and puts there 30sec clip on there site and they shit a brick. I don't know, world's going to hell.

If Rocking wants to host the free previews that we've offered with all but maybe 2 productions that were too short to make previews out of, we're all for it. He can be an exclusive host for all our free previews for all we care. Beats us burning up bandwidth for previews. Frankly, you didn't even have to ask as we put it out there for all to download and keep. Now, for the 5+ minute downloads at ticklecentral.com, that's obviously not permitted. We really didn't know this whole big saga was going on. Just for the record Rocking, we're not going to chase you away. Just post what is free and there's really no issue. When in doubt just ask. No producer's gonna bite your head off. Either way, do what you've gotta do.
