ordering off of the internet question

About a week ago, the hollywood brother and some of his loyal followers were relaxing and having good conversation. During this conversation the topic of buying stuff off of the internet came up and then of course Clips4sale comes up. The question that was posed to the very wise hollywood brother is this : "If you buy a clip from clips4sale, does the indivual clip maker have any access to your name, address and or credit card info? also does the inof stay strictly with clips4sale? The reason for this question was that some of the video production companies are small companies that are not real well known. With this in mind some people do not trust given out there name and credit card info to these small new producers and that is why the question came up.

the hollywood brother has no idea if clips4sale safeguards all that info or if it is passed to the manufactors of the programming that you may purchase. The hollywood brother would be interested to here what people thoughts and experiences are on this topic. The hollywood brother knows that there are clip makers and patrons both here, so the hollywood brother is hoping for many good answers

it is hard for the hollywood brother to believe that no one knows if clips4sale gives your info out to the indiviual clip producers or not?

I would hope not! I don't think any info is given out, I'm not 100% on that though.

I wouldn't think that the producers would see who ordered, only that they'd get the money from C4S. Lemme check the C4S FAQ ... nope, nothing. I'd shoot them an email HB: [email protected]

I would assume that it operates as a middleman, much like PayPal. You aren't giving your information to the seller, you're giving it to PayPal in a secure manner that forwards only the relevant information (such as how much money is being paid) to the seller.
