The one clip I’ve seen that features a woman I think having a surprise tickle-gasm is one I saw posted recently (March 15th of this year) by William Thomas Frost on his facebook via the TklToc - TickleToc group (see attached screenshot). The ticklee looks alot like the Instagrammer, @48shadesofclaire (see attached recent IG posted photo). Not sure if it’s her or not though. But, enjoy nonetheless! That is one HOT clip for sure!

Guess I didn't totally mean surprised, like if a girl is strapped down with a vibrator and starts getting tickled. If she is wearing a gag the person tickling doesn't really know if she has had an orgasm or not.
Guess in my own warped thinking that's kinda hot.
