Continuing my theme of hip hop posts:
A lot of hip hop blogs on the internet will periodically debate certain hip hop albums and try to justify whether they are a "classic" or not.
I was going through my itunes and listened to the Originoo Gun Clappaz, da storm, which came out in the mid 90's. This was a boot camp click affiliation, that came out on the coat tails of Black Moon and Heltah Skeltah.
My question to those of you who are familiar with this album: Is this a classic?
Next to Dah Shinin by Smiff N Wessun, I would say this is my second personal favorite from the boot camp click squad. OGC showed the world that there was a force to be wreckoned with and that rappers needed to stay on their toes if they wanted the crown.
Would love to hear others thoughts and opinions on this album, so fire away!
