Other members unable to see forum profile

Recently, I have had members say that they have tried to access my profile and that there is nothing there except a blank, empty screen. Even though from my vantage point it has been mostly filled out. Please help!

I see a about me section, and a activity section with three other tabs under. The only thing i do not see is a comment box. If that is what you were talking about.
