Our Birthday Card (M/M) and an Important Poll Question (Concerning F/M - M/F)

Hey everyone,

Last week was our first anniversary, and it was a great success. In case you missed our last posting, we moved 12 of our best tickling drawings from our member's section to our Free Preview area. If you've never joined, you can get a good feeling for the kind of work we're offering as we posted images from 4 different artists. Here's a direct link to the newest free stuff:

And, now for the big question: I'm seriously considering expanding my site to include tickling illustrations of the F/M and the M/F variety (no F/F just yet). This would be a whole separate section of my site called "The Athena Galleries".

I'm trying to get a feel for the amount of interest there might be for a section like that on our site. I'd love to hear your feedback.

I'd say something like "this pic really takes the cake!", but I don't feel like being slapped today. lol
Its always nice to expand one's horizons. I've been meaning to make a small contribution to your site, but I haven't been able to find the time as of recent. Albeit that m/m isn't really my thing, I was the one who just said all that about horizontal expansion.

Your art is of good quality, but m/m doesn't do anything for me at all. If you start including /f, I expect you'll draw a much larger audience. (f/m isn't really my thing either, but I'm much more likely to look at it than m/m.)

I must say that */m isn't really my thing either, especially m/m does not attract me. While f/m can in some situations work for me and m/f more likely than that... but it's great that there's a site for people with different opinions than me. After all, nobody is alike and I am sure that you will have an audience. Even if most of the world may be into */f, there's always some you make very happy with publishing some */m. Keep up the good work, the art is good looking.

Your talent is so amazing, as well as many of the artists that you work with, that I know it would be very very successful if you decided to broaden your audience. This may sound a bit odd coming from someone that does entirely F/F (at present)... but I kinda like that you are focused on male tickles. it might be a good way to start of you try F/M first before M/F if that makes any sense. Then the victims remain consistent, the only thing that changes is the person holding the feather.

It's true that the majority of tickle stuff, it seems, is F/F. I must admit I'm really not interested in any sort of */M work at all. That being said, your style is phenomenal and I'd love to see M/F work from you. I even prefer it to F/F most of the time.

Regardless, do what keeps you happy. I'm glad for a little variety even if it isn't my personal interest.

Personal preference...

I can and do appreciate M/M and most F/M on an artistic level but I have a much greater interest in M/F and F/F stuff. In other words I am all for you expanding, especially since I like the M/M stuff you have on an artistic level so I figure the other stuff will be positively crank turning! :ggrin:

There *is* a definite interest in F/M.
It might warrant exploring new ways.

Personally, I would love and see F characters from you.

include what you can, I'd say. Just make sure you categorize it well.

Well, then again, conceding to my previous statement, there is the matter of artistic integrity.
If something doesn't feel right to you, you have every right to refuse the popular demand of your audience.

I have to say I really like your style, but M/M is not realy my thing neither is F/M.
But if you are concidering */F stuff you have my vote for sure

Wow, thanks for all the feedback, which has been really positive and nice to hear!

If the section of my site I mentioned becomes reality, it will most likely be a mixture of M/F and F/M. F/F would definitely be a possibility although, as a gay man, not my most favorite thing to draw. 😉

Well overall F/M and M/F is more popular. The same goes for F/F.

I can deal with a guy who is a 'ler in the pic that's fine. It needs to a be really good pic for me to draw interest in f/m. It is just not my thing. However I am sure that others would love to see them.
