Own pictures as avatars.

Why cant people use a picture of their faces, as an avatar. Much more fun to see the person who's writing.

It's not like someone who's "not into tickling" would be here, or something...

I've just tried, for the sake of completeness: even when logged out I can see avatars and signature pics.

This means anybody passing by can see them.

Sure, random passerby are probably rare. But putting one's personal pic is really a matter of trust.

And on the web too much trust isn't healthy: joining is rather easy. It's possible to get multiple account, or to show fake "personal" pics.

Just recently, admin had a member removed because he was underage. He's been exposed since he revealed his "true?" age on his web gallery.

So I'll be boring, and speak against personal pics. 😉

Yes it is a matter of trust - i decided nonetheless to put mine on profile - it does not hurt ----- but it's a fake it's not me lol.
About that underage - i saw members from 13 yo can be on this forum - and u see their age when birthdays are displayed ( not all )

Underage members are a problem: web authorities could have the site closed down for allowing in minors.

Especially if they state their age.

Mods or admin should do a check, and see how many of them have joined.

This is an adult community, after all. I'd rather have minors wait a couple of years instead of seeing the site closed down, now. 😉

Somebody should access all the users' birth year and notify admin.

Yes, I know, this is boring and all... But it is the law. If they close the site down then nobody gets to see the pics, the vids, and all - not even the minors.

If minors really really want to see the pic against the law, I hope they get smarter and leave their true bd out... 😉

Same thing applies to the pics or vids posted - some companies asked to not post their material anymore - i wonder if they would have the ability to close TT.....err they could i think.

Yes alf they could. Fortunately we have a long history of complying with video producer's requests and we immediately remove any media which they do not want posted. Some of our members may not like this but it is essential that we maintain good relationships with the producers because they could indeed sue TT for copyright infringment and that would be the end of us.

As for underage members I am still on the fenca about that. I know when I was 15, 16, 17, going on the internet and finding that there were places like this really made me feel a lot less alone in the world. As a mod I guess I shouldn't say that.
LEGALLY speaking they shouldn't be here as we could get in trouble for welcoming them. But PERSONALLY I feel that older teenagers are perfectly capable of handling "adult" material and indeed they see it every day anyway in various forms.
So LEGALLY I hope no minors access this site. Realistically I know that isn't the case and I just hope they're smart enough to lay low untill they reach the magical age of 18.
