Painfully ticklish ?

I was giving a girl a pedicure today when she mentioned that her feet were painfully ticklish. They were indeed hyper ticklish but do you suppose someone could be so ticklish that it would induce pain ?

Tickling sensation and pain sensation are on the same nerve tract...therefore, I don't see why it isn't possible...

And lucky guy, dishing out pedicures...I love a good pedicure!!! 😀

My GF says the same thing about her feet.

From my understanding, she means that she's so ticklish that she runs out of breath really quickly, which makes laughing a bit painful after a while.

I don't think that was the case with her. She told me it was painful and stressed her out at the same time, to which I told her tickling had the opposite effect on me. But still I was careful not to tickle her more than I had to.
