Here's a pic I found of Pan from Dragon Ball Z getting tickled by the caterpillar guy from Other World. I found this at a huge site full of every kind of picture you can think of, but only a handful of tickling unfortunately. Here's the pick and the link for the site.

Again, same old prob with laws.

TMF ruled out underage chars of any kind, real and toons.
Underage toons aren't, strictly speaking, illegal by current US law.

TTC is going to follow TMF's rule, though, since we feel allowing underage toons would clash with the "no minors" rule in spirit.
