With respect to Drew Brees and Aaron Donald, Mahomes had a fantastic season and deserved the NFL MVP. Only the second quarterback other than Payton Manning to throw for 5000 yards and 50 TDs. Plus the fact the kid has only played in 17 regular season games!! To quote Darth Vader in The Empire Strikes Back- Impressive!!

I'm looking forward to seeing him spoil the Patriots' banner raising ceremony opening night. I can sleep better knowing the best quarterback in the NFL didn't play in this horrible Super Bowl. Mahomes is the New Hope.
