Ross also decided, that to try and keep Kayley happy and quiet, he would give her all monthly proceeds of RK Mini, instead of just half.

"Kale, what would you think of as my punishment for my little deal that I'm trying to get into, that as my penalty, I gave you one hundred percent of the proceeds due us on RK Mini instead of just 50, and then we will discuss what happens after that" Ross said.

"Everything comes down to money and payoffs. What you still dont get is that this is not about money , Ross C. It is about our lives, and trust: Kayley snapped sharply.
"The only way I'm going to gain any credibility back with you is to drop this deal, is it not? Ross askes
"The deal itself pisses me off, your attitude pisses me off, and for someone who is supposedly such a business genius, your stupid move pisses me off, got it , mister?" Kayley clipped.

Ross went to the office, called the appropriate people, and said.
"Screw whoever does not want me to do this deal. Do a complete evaluation of the companies. Make a fair offer . I will deal with the players and parties myself later"
Even though Ross had enough cash in RossShell to pull off the deal, he did not want to touch RossShell's capital or property.
Ross decided to finance a small, low interest loan to completely finance the deal. Due to his history, Ross got the loan he wanted.
Ross put together the deal, met with the parties, and paid off the troubled companies existing loans, and the token cash settlement he promised the owners of the company.,
Ross went back to the office, and spoke to Vic Barger.
"Vic , companies bought. I';m going to deal with this, and turn it around. In the meantime, I will also run RK Mini or get a partner to help me if needed. Your position stays as it is Chief Operation Officer of RossShell. "
"Good Luck, Ross. I hope for your sake, and everyones sake that you can pull this off" Vic said.
Ross took a car home, entered the apartment , and almost slammed the door.
Kayley came running out from the bedroom, startled. "What the hell is the matter with you?! You scared the shit out of me" Kayley exclaimed.
Ross handed Kayley a $4000 check. "Here is your first check. This is your half of the profits on RK. What I do with my half is at my discretion. If I sell it, I will honor my agreement to split all proceeds 50-50. Until then, you get 50% as agreed to in the contract" Ross snapped. Ross also told Kayley that depending on RK's profits, she would receive likely $3500 to $4000 a month personally, regardless of what Ross did with his money from the venture.
"You did the deal did you not? Kayley asked.
"Yes, I did. I run the company. I will make the decisions. I am going to turn this deal around if it kills me, and no matter how much you want to fight me on it" Ross vowed.

I know as your wife that I have to support you. If you want to do one risky deal, then go ahead. You've earned the right to do so. I know that it is not like we will be risking everything. I think it is more to prove to yourself that you can do this, then about money or anything else" Kayley said.

Ross got a drink of iced tea. "I hired someone to oversee RK Mini today. That person will keep an eye on the company, and I will watch them for our interests. Hopefully it will work out. Right now RK Mini is stable and not in any trouble" Ross said
That night, Ross could not sleep. He knew that he was undertaking a large project. He swore to himself that somehow he was going to make this work.
The next day when Ross got to the office, he called a Staff meeting.
"Vic, as you have, you are Chief Operating Officer of RossShell. Ross told the overseer, Adam, that he would run RK Mini, while Ross did his venture.
That day, after Ross had worked a deal to get rid of all of the two troubled companies bank debt. Ross played around with different ideas for perhaps products, or how to turn the companies around

Ross thought that he could sell off half of both companies to get cash inflow, and then promise any investors a percentage of any future potential profits. Then, Ross approached one or two other small companies to put together a small product idea, even if it was a new one.
Riss called a meeting with Roy and Bruce the next day, and they loved the idea.
"I really think this can work. Even if its not a mega deal, it can be profitable enough where it makes buying these companies, and doing this deal worth the time and money Roy said.
"Guys, not to bring up old issues, but I know that if I can get out of the George Borgier situation, I can figure this out also"Ross said.
The first thing Ross did was to approach two potential clients who had product ideas. Even if it started out small, Ross and the companies could get some people to put up small investments to finance it, where Ross would not be taking any more risks.
Ross,. Roy and Bruce, came up with the ideas, approached two or three companies for small investments, and closed a deal.

In all honesty, Ross did not care if he made any salary from this deal, as he already made more than enough money each year from RossShell and RK Mini. This was more to prove to himself that he could turn around a troubled business venture.
