Pedicures! A burning question I have had...

Hi, something about ticklish pedicures has ALWAYS been a huge turn-on for me, probably because any tickling that happens is 100% genuine. I dunno.

My question for all of the ladies that here that happen to get pedicures is - have you ever witnessed any ticklish incidents, spontaneous laughter, etc.? Is this common, or is it something that actually does not happen too often? Any really funny episodes that you would like to share? 'course I have never had a pedicure myself, but it would seem to be real torture to the ticklish. Yet the salons in my area are always packed! I'm just really curious...thanks to all.

A Ticklish Question

:happy: HMMMMMMMMMMMM...Interesting question. I have had many pedicures, and yes, I have witnessed many girls giggle at certain times during a session. Since my toes are super ticklish, I have to be in a special mood to have a stranger touch my toes. Most of the time, I will try not to laugh, but I have smirked on plenty of ocassions and slightly jerk if she finds sensitive spot. Thank you for such a ticklish question.

ticklish pedicures

Well speaking as someone who gets a pedicure roughly every three weeks, there are definitely ticklish moments in each pedicure. For me it usually involves the pumice stone and the brush (brushing off the toes right before putting the polish on) and with the pumice stone if they hit certain spots, makes me jump and giggle everytime.

I do recall one time I had a male pedicurist (normally I have females), he decided to tickle under my foot for about a minute and asked if I was ticklish. I jumped and I think I was so shocked that he did it, that I felt kind of awkward. Almost as if the word "ticklephile" was written across my forehead.

Whether pedicures are ticklish or not, they rock, couldn't live without them, especially in this community, lol.

I get them every couple of weeks and yes, they tickle. I'm always grateful for being able to hide behind my magazine and bite my lip when they shove my toes back and use that scraper thing. Oooh, and the pumice too, and that damn brush! 😉 I had mine done a couple weeks back and then had my fingernails done. While I was waiting for my polish to dry, these college girls came in. One had a pedicure and when Kelly whipped out the pumice, I watched the girl sort of smile and then giggle, then she said, "it tickles!" and Kelly and the girl's friend all started cracking up. Having been in that chair an hour earlier, I could relate. Very cute...

At the risk of sounding like a total lurker, all of what I have heard so far sort of makes me want to go get a pedicure myself, just to watch all the other reactions around me! ha ha Although I think that maybe I would opt for a manicure instead because I am not sure if I could take a pedicrue myself! Besides it is still hard as a guy to go and ask for a pedicure I think. But sounds like heaven lots of natural ticklish reactions. Would love to hear any body else's thoughts and stories!

I try not to laugh but it does tickle. I have seen a women who had a pedicure and since she was ticklish they decided to have fun with her and tickle her with their fingers. I was jealous. ;.;

My girlfriend had a side business doing manicures and pedicures. She told me about a few of the girls who were ticklish but wouldn't tell me much more. She knew it was a turn on for me. I used to beg her to let me watch.

She, herself, isn't that ticklish. Bummer... If I get in the shower with her and use the body sponge on her feet, she goes spastic.. but not usually out of the shower.

Hopefully, all the pedicures I've bought for her will make her feet more sensitive.

in most aslons how come you can't walk by them and see someone getting pedicured?

If you're self conscious about it, there are lots of good day spas out there that cater only to men. It's perfectly acceptable to make a few phone calls, go check the place out, see how they do things. I bet you'd be hooked!

Mine does it out in the open (so embarrassing!) but a lot of your more upscale places have private rooms. I think it's a matter of privacy. Some people are self conscious about their own feet, or grossed out by looking at someone else's, etc...
