Penny and I have talked for years (literally, since about 2007) about her coming to get tickled, but it just never was able to happen. She likes to be tickled, but she could never make to to where I use the stocks, so I finally told her I'd come to her. She mentioned she had an old iron daybed and I said "I think I can do something with that..."
Next thing you know, her big toes are lashed together, her ankles are cuffed outside the rail and two other toes on each foot are tied to the arm, and now she's in trouble!
I asked her at the midpoint of this video what's the worst she'd ever been tickled on her feet, and she said "oh, definitely THIS." And I said, "Oh, you're in for it..."
She replied, "YAAAY!"
After a long wait, Penny and her wind-chime giggle get tickled silly--she's stuck, but just (this time) not in the stocks!
