I used to have a female friend who told a story about her former boyfriend never tickling her, because he tried only once and she hurt herself in the first seconds from jumping away and bumping her head. You betcha I was fantasising about securily tying her up 'for her own safety' of course, ever since. 😉 Of course it never happened and remained an eternal fantasy. :cry

To add to that, she was the real life spitting image of Annie the Amateur Pirate (freckled redhead) who, though fictional, also happens to be just a ticklish. :drool

As a result, whenever I see a redhead I always assume her to be hypersensitive.

Only a 'dirty blonde' former girlfriend I had comes close, who at the slightest touch became a hysterical mess. Very dangerous to touch her soles, because she'd kick you hard but somehow she didn't mind. 😀 Never got to tie her up because I was still a young teen at the time.

That has happened to me with my gfs a few times. It's what gotten me sorta into bondage (not really into it pre se); it's really a valid safety measure for they hyper-ticklish lees, though!
