You know those "personal massagers"? The kind that are shaped like a big hammer? Did you know they can actually be used for...umm...persona massage?! I woke up today with a pain in my neck so bad that I could not turn my head or move my right arm. I tried it out and it's actually improving! At least I can type now anyway...
