So the other Day I read this Article how PETA's upset at Pokemon

They call Pokemon "Virtual Animal Cruelty" and they Created a Parody Game called "Pokemon Black & Blue"

The Pokemon and their Trainers are Best Friends, they say it the the Damn Theme Song



They've also gone after Super Mario Bros in the Past

They got upset because in the Game, one of the Power-Ups is called "Tanooki". It's a Raccoon Suit.

And they think that the Game is sending a Bad Message. That it's Ok to Kill animals for their Fur.

Wow... So, these PETA video game fanatics have no problems killing other humans, mythological Gods, maybe even zombies, etc...(in video games). But, you are not allowed to kill any other virtual graphic character that they hold to heart! It is humorous in the end, but I hope they are not armed!

PETA has forever been their own worst enemy. While the base message has always been good, their delivery and execution of that message has made them look like a bunch of loons than an animal rights group. Things like taking action against Pokemon for abuse of fictional animals doesn't help.
