I always considered Philly to be the tickling capital. 😛 It seems to have more lers and lees than any other concentrated area of the world (at least, if this site is anything to go by), not to mention the fact that it hosts NEST year after year.

the hollywood brother figured that in the philly area there had to be much tickling since it is so easy to drive a hour and half to be on the beaches of wildwood with the sun beating down on your lee as you tickle her senseless after riding jungleland, the wacky shack, the rampaging rapids, or the castle boat ride.
