Phone/Internet ad from about 5 years ago

I've been trying to find this ad that circulated around five years ago. It had a picture of three girls sitting at a desk facing forward: two in business attire and colorful heels, and one barefoot blonde in secretary glasses, a white blouse, and jeans. There were wires running on the ground in a cluttered mess, and the blonde girl had them wrapped around her pretty painted toes. I remember her expression being quite nice. One of the businesswomen might have been dangling her heel, but my memory is hazy on this one.

I've tried googling this to no avail. I'll keep trying, but I thought I'd try on here just to see if anyone could help me out.
