I discovered Annie this year, 2024.
I have been a member of TMF since 2010. I don’t know how I missed this. I bought all 5 issues.
This image here is the single greatest tickling cartoon I’ve ever seen in my life. This image, and all of issue 4, is what I’ve fantasized about seeing since I was a little kid.
I’ve always been fascinated by The Tickle Monster. And Gazooks from the 70s “Raggedy Ann and Andy” movie was my favorite tickle monster. I’d watch the tickling scene again and again. And the novelization gets pretty graphic with the tickling descriptions.
Gazooks tickling Babette with his tentacles excited me. As a kid, I wanted to see her naked while getting tickled by tentacles.
Annie 4 delivered everything I’ve ever wanted to see since I was little.
