The "Agreement" which Ross had signed with Kayley regarding Tazzio was that Kayley understood that Ross was going to start legal proceedings against Tazzio, provided there were "Condtions" and that it did not turn into an "Obsession" in the way it had with George and MIA years earlier, and would not consume Ross's health, Ross and Kayley's relationship and day to day lives, and Ross's usual work in the RossShell office with his clients, and RFS.
Ross called Alan Hell the next day, and advised Alan about the agreement that Ross and Kayley had.
"Ross, it all sounds good. The problem is, that it's almost like sports. The way someone plans the game, as either a pitcher, NBA players, manager, or coaches, are not always how things work out. I'm working on getting you attorneys. I know that you are needed in OKC for a few days. Please go on your trip, and when you get home, we will plan this. In the meantime, just live your life, and dont worry about this" Alan said.
"Yes, sir legal advisor" Ross said.
Ross continued on Mel's work that day, left the office at 4, went to Queens, bought Kayley flowers, and went home.
"VP. good late afternoon. Please accept these as a token of my love for you. Please let me take you out to a beautiful dinner, and then spend the evening pleasuring you in all ways" Ross proposed.
Kayley took the flowers, and gave Ross a long kiss. "Thank You, and that all sounds just wonderful"
Ross and Kayley went to Chinatown Flushing, ate dinner, and when they got home, Kayley sat on the couch, Ross removed her shoes, inhaled her musky feet, kissed her soles, sucked her sweaty toes, and asked her to go up the ladder on her toes. Kayley did, Ross got rock hard. Kayley then dragged Ross to the bedroom, tore of his clothes, and her own. Ross got on top of Kayley, and kissed her from head to soles and toes. Kayley switched positions, and rode Ross's mega hard pecker, until they both came with pleasure!

As Kayley held Ross, she tried to pull information.
"Okay, you're done making it up to me. Now, talk to your partner, spill it. What's going on with the important stuff?" Kayley asked.
Ross sighed. "Kale, I told you, it's just as the agreement we signed says. I told Alan Hell that I want Alan and I to work out starting suits against Tazzio , in ways where it's well planned, and with brilliant minds which will include our friend Tom from Philadelphia. It will go as a well planned game and attack, with a team of sharks, and where Tazzio will be surrounded and sued on grounds of and for anything which Tom and any of Alan's other lawyers can think of. It will happen gradually, and will take time. Then, the suit will commence, and our lives will go on from day to day, our private life, my office life at RossShell, my work with Steve, Fritz, and RFS, and it will not become an obsession like it did with George and MIA. I was so blind that I did not think of why you were so upset, until it dawned on me that you did not want it to become like it was with George and MIA. Its not like that, Kale. Its very different, and for a different reason" Ross said.
"Babe, while I may not always agree with you, I always love you, and always support you. Plan it, do it, and then we go on with life, and the lawyers handle it. What has to be done about OKC?" Kayley said.
"I'm going to stay here two more days, and have one more meeting with Mel and that other guy who Mel and I talked to the other day. Then, two days from now, I go to OKC for three days maximum, with a nurse with me, and a nurse on call 24 hours a day. I must take care of things down there., Steve wants me. He knows what is going on with Tazzio and Alan Hell, and the last thing I need is for Fritz and Steve to be angry or upset in any way. I promise you, that tomorrow night, will be just like tonight, okay?" Ross said.
"No promises, just let's see how it goes" Kayley said.
Ross and Kayley fell asleep.
This time, it was Kayley who opened her eyes at 2 am, and ended up in the kitchen. Ross awakened, saw Kayley was out of bed, and saw her at the kitchen table.
"Usually its me up all night, please come back to bed::" Ross said.
"I'm a bit nauseous., something I ate, but I think it's also nerves" Kayley said.
"Honey, please. Let the process play out. We get up, go to work tomorrow, and life goes on" Ross said.
Ross got Kayley to go back to bed.
The next morning, Ross and Kayley went to work.
Ross had a brief meeting with Mel to give Mel work, let Mel know that Ross was going out of town, and they planned to get together the following week when Ross returned home.
That night, Ross fell asleep early, and awakened at 6, to catch a noon flight to OKC.
Ross's plane landed in the late afternoon.
Ross went in an Uber, and to the office.
Ross dropped his bags in his office, and went to greet Fritz and Steve.
"Ross, good to see you, we hope that you came here with a clear head. We have things to discuss with you" Steve said.
"Steve, my mind is just here, with the three of us, and whatever you guys have planned for this trip" Ross said.
"Well, we did not want to tell you on the phone , but we wanted to discuss "This" with you" Steve said, handing Ross a pile of papers.
Ross looked at the papers.
What was "This"?
Of course, "That" would be seen.
