This hasn't been posted before but yesterday an Air France jet crashed at Toronto's Person airport with about 300 people on board but they all got out safely. It just proves that, although air travel is safe, its not 100% safe. Still, it does not prevent me from traveling.

I've flown a few times in my life and if I have anything to say about it that will be the extent of my experience. I have a 100% "Will Not Fly" policy which has cost me a ton of travel time and money in train tickets but has kept me on planet Earth.
I'm happy all those people got out safely! Air travel is the safest way there is to travel but of course nothing is 100% safe. Even though I know it's safe I'll still never do it. 😛
