I also think it's time for Ms. Snoopy to get a nice long foot tickling. You should lock her ankles in a set of padded stocks and tie her hands either behind her back or over her head. Then you should tickle both her feet at once for at least ten minutes straight. Or when she is in the stocks slather up her feet with honey and let a dog lick it all off. The latter method of ticking her feet would really be a test of just how ticklish her feet are. It would also be nice to see her face when she is being tickled but I know that you and your wife don't do that which is really too bad.
