Hi, there are a lot of tools to create websites. You can create your own website either with professional tools and software like Dreamweaver, FrontPage, or using some special services for people who don't know HTML: monstr.su , gertwebsite.net, freewebslabs.com. On these websites you can create your website absolutely for free.

I use Dreamweaver, it's pretty good. Not free though matey, so have a look at the links jibrentee shared 🙂
