Please help a sweet, but very BLONDE person

I need help. I have an msn profile that I made a long time ago when I started using msn messenger. I have always had trouble finding it. Last month, I decided to update it and by chance, I found it and was able to edit it. Now, I need to make another change. I cannot find it and when I do a search, it says there is no profile. But, when I went to create a new one, I could not use njjen3953, because it said the name was already in use.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't deal with them, but I'd guess you might want to contact their customer service or PR department and have them read your "special question" to you, at which time your brain cells will begin firing with abandon and you'll recall the initial password for the account? Q

Did you try logging into:

people and chat

then on your left hand side,you should find links to your profile,groups,etc.

If not,go one page further and look on that left side again.

If not,contact msn.They are constantly in a state of chaos, and msn messenger has been having its share of problems.
