I can't view .wmv; .rm files what is wrong with my system?

I need a little more info

I presume you already have Windows Media Player and Real Player, and on this basis instead of double-clicking the files that you want to open, go in the Player and select File > Open > select the clip.

Also, are the files displaying the player logos on them or are they white files with the windows logo?
