There is an episode of pokemon where Team Rocket steals this thing that attract the pokemon Shuckle(Look like turtles.) The Shuckle jump on Jesse and one licks her bellybutton. It looks like the lick tickles her and when she steals a shiny Shuckle and it licks her bellybutton and she looks like it tickles and she throws it in the air. Some people say that it's tickling and some people say that it's just that Jesse is scared or disgusted. The episode is called A Bitter Pill to Swallow.
