Pokemon Should Have Been Tickle Clip

This is the clip where I thought that Jesse should have been tickled. It is when Jesse, James, and Meowth are about to fall off of a building. James is holding on to Jesse and Meowth is holding on to James. Haunter comes and I thought that it was going to tickle Jesse to make her fall off the building but instead it made funny faces at her untill she laughed and let go of the building. It starts at 4:09 on the clip. If anyone could make it so Jesse is tickled or seems like she is if possible please message me or post a comment that you can. Thanks

Uuummmm...last time I checked, this is not the "Should have been TickledTheater". If it were, this would not be the first clip I would choose to put in it. This also is not the request section. I am merely suggesting that perhaps this wasn't the best forum to post this in.

i remember when this first aired, i kept thinking "come on Haunter, TICKLE her! it's the perfect opportunity!" instead she just bursts out laughing for no reason whatever.

Actually she did laugh because Haunter made funny faces at her and that made her fall off the building.
